We found this music video TWO years ago (time runs fast af!). Our editorial still lives in Russia so some aspects of american life aren't 100% clear for us, so initially we didn't feel the sense deeply enough.
So we decided to push it to the back of the drawer and return to the post when it becomes more actual. Well, nobody could predict all the events that happened after in our country, haha.

We're not hinting at anything, but sounds familiar... Generally the song is dedicated to political stuff in USA, but it's very relevant to all that happens in our country now too. It's a wild, living protest that is deeply inside every of us.
"But we the people, indivisible say fuck your little games. We are still invincible, ain’t caught up in your invisible chains"
We can one day find ourselves literally chained up in laws, stupid restrictions, gagged mouths. But it's impossible to gag our minds and blindfold us. We can stay silent externally but shout inside and never cease to be truly free.
And you can spike our water, tap our phones and listen, script our television and sell us back our shame. Bribe our doctors to push your medication, poison our religions, teach us all to hate. But we the people, indivisible say fuck your little games"
That's what ERIEL INDIGO wanted to say to her people, but the message is clear and important even on the other side of the Earth. We're totally different, but so similar. English is even not my 2nd language — it's the 3rd one, but every word of "Renegades" song is successfully imprinted in my mind.
